1 Chron 3:19 probably the same person as named after the exile. Ezra 2:2 son of Shealtiel (see notes on his name) or son or descendant of Pedaiah, who was a son of Jehoiachin. Matt 1:12 Luk 3:27 See Ezra 1:8 where Sheshbazzar, a prince of Judah is named as the first governor of Jerusalem. It is assumed here that this is the same person, but this is not universally accepted.
